Following graduation from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2002, she got her masters degree from Kadir Has University Social Sciences Institute in the field of Private Law. 

Following years of experience as an associate and as partner in a mostly IT focused law firms, she established Özocak&Erdoğan Law Firm.

She is one of the leading authorities in IT Law and Intellectual Property Law and she gives lectures on IT law in İstanbul Bar Association. She is fluent in English.
